The Open System Sciences Accessibility Program was created to make accessibility to technology a priority, with the following initiatives:
  • Design and engineer products, services, and programs with improved usability and accessibility for all customers, with or without a disability.

  • Improve web sites, user documentation and information accessibility for our employees, our customers, and persons with disabilities.

  • Partner with Assistive Technology Vendors (ATVs) and industry leaders like Microsoft to develop and test accessible products and solutions

  • Support national and community disability organizations through financial assistance, equipment donation, technical expertise, and volunteers

In addition, Open System Sciences is committed to supporting the standards outlined in the 1998 amendments to Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act.
