Short Term Disability

  • 60% of weekly earnings up to $1,500 per week
  • Benefit begins on 8th day of accident or illness

Long Term Disability

  • Begins on 91st day of disability or when short term ends
  • 60% of monthly earnings up to $6,000 per month

Life & Accidental Death Insurance

Flex-Spending Account

Administered by TASC

  • Option to allocate funds pre-tax to a flex-spending account
  • Coverage paid by employee through pre-tax deductions semi-monthly during plan year
  • Employees may defer up to $5000 per year for out of pocket medical expenses, up to$3,360/year for commuting expenses and up to $5000/year for child care costs.

401(k) Plan

Worker’s Compensation
  • As required by law OSS pays all premiums
  • OSS maintains worker’s compensation insurance at all company locations.
  • Provides medical benefits & limited income security for work-related injuries

Direct Deposit
  • No additional cost to employees

Professional Development Program
  • Training and/or educational course funds are available for relevant, work-related professional development
  • Prior approval required
  • Must be scheduled after normal business hours

Staff Referral Program
  • Referral fee is $500 for administrative or labor and $1000 for IT positions

Vacation Leave
  • 0 – 5 years of service: 10 days per year accrued at 3.33 hrs per pay period
  • 5 – 10 years of service: 15 days per year accrued at 5.0 hrs per pay period
  • 10 or more years of service: 20 days per year accrued at 6.67 hrs per pay period
  • Only 80 hours maximum allowed to be rolled over to the next calendar year

Personal/Sick Leave
  • 6 days per year for regular, full-time employees
  • 3 days (24 hours) January 1st and 3 days (24 hours) July 1st
  • Cannot be rolled over the next calendar year
